Finding Someone You Can Be With All Your Life

I love quotes and taking pictures, so I thought:"Why not combine both of my interests?"  Therefore, I will keep making pictures like the one above when I'm inspired  :) Also, I have decided to set up a Pinterest to display all of my new quotes.  If you would like to add me : http://pinterest.com/arandomthoughts.

If you have any inspiring quotes about love or any other topics related to the contents of my blog, please feel free to share them. I may even turn one into a piece of art like the one above. Check out the Gallery for a collection of them that I have done so far.

This picture was taken in Maui at sunset. The quote is from The Band Perry's song "All Your Life."  It is such a romantic quote, and I thought it was fitting to the topic of relationships.  It makes me smile, so I'm sharing it with you.

I was talking about this song with a friend, and they were like," I want to fall in love with my best friend and grow old with him."  My sentiments exactly.  We were also talking about how every relationship always has a beginning (i.e., a story of how the couple met).  The stories can range from simple to quite elaborate.  Regardless of the complexity of the story, I always enjoy hearing how couples met and fell in love.  Each story is unique and special.

If you have a story you would like to share about how you met your significant other, please feel free to share :)

Some people say they knew from the moment they met that they would be together forever.  Others say they were friends first, and then realized they couldn't live without the other.  It got me thinking about how you meet that person you want to spend forever with.  Perhaps I am thinking of this topic because many people I know have either recently become engaged or married.

I thought I would ask those who have found their special someone and been through the process before to share with those who haven't found their partner yet.

What are some characteristics that you would be looking for in someone who would be there with you "All Your Lives" ? Also, I know some of you will say "I Just Knew" - perhaps you could elaborate on how you figured that out.

I'm looking forward to hearing what you all have to say.  Hope you all are having a great week!!!
